Thanks for the welcomes everyone. And yes Martin I know Trevor. He lives a couple of miles up the road from me (I'm in the middle of Newick ) I'll look into doing a few runs with you all. Need to sort my gearbox first though - I had planned to do the swap this over winter while the car is on SORN, but may do it one weekend beforehand, as it is rather noisy at the moment. Planning on converting the rear end to 5 link as well, mainly to give room for better seats. Still looking at Westfields, Robin Hoods, Tigers, Locust/Locost ' s so you never know I may add another kit to the driveway - I get bored with nothing to take apart!

welcome Graham, i remember my 1st ever ride in a kit car - a Dutton Phaeton, it was a v6 one as their demonstrator down in Worthing/Lancing - all i know was that to a 19 yr old that had a 1.1 fiesta it was blooming quick......
