Hi all, thanks for all the positive comments.

This is one of the latest photos and gives you an idea of the state of play (the panel was just a trial fit). There are some more on the Dax forum.

Since then, I've got the engine in and the rear wheels on. More updates to follow.....

Hi Andy, welcome from one newbie to another. I notice you have a spare pair of disc surplus to requirements. I'm after a pair, though without the inner step/groove in the disc face as I've got pad under hang wth my current set. You can see the step in the first image I posted on my new members thread. Let me know if you still have them available and if they may be suitable

Cheers, Mike.

Hi Mike, I will post a photo of that bit of the disc then let me know what you think. From memory I think there is a bit of a step. One option is to cut the pad away in that area.

I test drove an SDR this time last year - loads of fun. Can't wait to see it on the road.

For Mike, here are two photos of the rear discs showing the depth of the braking surface and the overall diameter. Let me know if they're any good to you.

Andy thanks for the images, they are very much the same as I've fitted. Looks like I need to live with it for the time being or cut the pads back.

Thanks again for taking the time to post the images

Mike
