Thanks Hammy.

I've spent many hours viewing your blog. It's a good read.

Cheers

Yeah, I seem to be 1 of the weird ones who just loves building as much as driving. I dont have as much time as I used to with a 2 yr old boy so Im building an easier car this time. I loved the Zero build!

Haven't updated on the blog in a while!

A lot of progress has been made in the last few months; the main achievement has been the fitting of the engine the weekend after the 2nd attempt! It was such a tight fit with the larger S2000 engine and the addition cross brace I have between the front wishbones.

Big thanks must go to John and Matt for their much needed help in fitting the engine.

Other work so far has included fitting the oil cooler and remote oil filter housing, fitting the high pressure fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator, all of the hubs with new bearings and all of the brakes and brake lines too.

Thanks - it's certainly coming along nicely at the moment.

Just need rad, fan and water pipes; then I can get the ecu, wire that up and I may be close to the first start of the engine in the car :D

No sweat mate, considering the nightmare first attempt was quite impressed with how easy the second attempt was :D

Looking good though mate with some good progress now

Seems I have been too busy working on the car to be able to update the blog and this post.

I have added my recent photos to my blog and I'm happy with the progress - fingers crossed should have an exhaust system on the car by the beginning of July :) and ready to get the engine turning over by August...

I'll be on the road soon John, you'd better watch out!
