Newbie intro

Postby Andy_R » Fri Aug 15, 2014 8:34 am

Hi all,

Thanks for the introduction to this site - you know who you are -- I have recently bought a Tiger Super 6 which follows a bout of illness and my wife stating that "If I don't get one after all I have been through I would never get one" - so here we are - I have done most of the usual titivation jobs which we all like to carry out when buying a car like this and am now ready to venture out to some interesting runs and events so look out for both of us I'm sure we will be out soon,.

Thanks for reading this and I look forward to meeting some of you soon.
Andy

Welcome to SKCC Andy :)

Hope to see you on a run soon, and can we have some pics of the car? :)

Good reason to buy a kit car and I like the approval from Head Office :D

You have definitely found the right place if you want to use your Tiger 8-) Look forward to seeing you on a run!

Andy,

Welcome to SKCC, you're amongst friends!

Did you buy the car locally, any pics?

Hello Andy, welcome along. If you're really serious about making the most of your car - because you've got to do what Mrs Andy tells you, correct? - then you are in the right place. You'll find all advice you need to help you complete your fettling, and more serious jobs, and some you don't need  And, most importantly, lots of opportunities to get out and drive it with some like minded people, which really does increase the enjoyment exponentially.

If turning up for a run out without knowing anyone seems like a bit of a baptism of fire, why not come along to the planned "day out" at Amberley next month, and bring the very understanding Mrs Andy, so that she can see you're in good hands, and you can check us out a bit first.
