Merlin owner in Edgware

Postby gusisin » Sun Oct 05, 2014 9:21 am

Hi folks,
so i had a type of pub based conversation about being able to buy a cheap'ish british sportscar.....a short while later i'd proved the point having 'won' a Marlin on ebay.

She's hardly run in, so the last months of ownership have been just a question of fettling little bits and bobs. I live up in North London near Edgeware - but hope to be able to join in with some of the Club activities.

I found the site after looking for a garage to swap out the 4 speed gearbox....google provided a link to SKCC and from there i found a link to Snodhurst Garage...which is where i've been teh past couple of days, meeting the guys and having a 5 speed type 9 fitted.

Met Mark G on Friday when he popped down, hope to meet more of you over the coming months....

thx
Gus.

Welcome Gus to the best kit car club around, as you hopefuly will find out pictures of your car are the law in this club. I dont think we have a Marlin in the club so that is a big plus. Some details would be good as well.
