No, wouldnt worry about it its just crap customer service, eventually you'll get all the bits and there as good as anywhere else, it'll be something like you'll get everything but when you pick it up the ram pipes wont be there and you'll have to wait another couple of weeks.

I wouldnt not recommend them you just need a little patience with them !!

second what t says , just keep phoning and hounding them i phoned for the first time couple of weeks ago after a year and he still remembers me , that will be because i hounded him
