After I done the London to Brighton bike ride earlier this year my daughter then decided she wanted to have a go at it and found another one on 11th September. So we are both signed up for it. Training for it hasn’t really happened due to the heat,work and various other things that have been going on and now at racing last Saturday I broke a rib helping loading kevs car (leant through the door to reach for the handbrake once we’d got it on the trailer and felt it go).
So I dont think I’ll be doing too much in the last 2 weeks before the ride .

I don’t want to pull out if I can help it. When I done it in June I put my back out the night before and still made it although when I dropped things someone else had to pick them up for me
