Any goodwill relating to the buyers is now out the window and if they keep messing us about then it’ll go back on the market. Just spent a week doing the firewall and a few other bits. All signed off by building control. The buyers builder still turned up ffs, wanted to look at anything and everything. Told him to do one. Not sure what’s happening now. :lol:

Back in Kelso, James did a great job filling and painting the skirting. Hopefully get some water and electric connected soon so we can rip out the last of the old kitchen.

Not yet Duncan. Seller still wanted to send the builder round which happened today. Spoke briefly to the estate agent and told him to put the house back on the market next week if we don’t get a definitive response. I’ll post a bit more detail on Facebook in the next day or so as this thread is in the public domain.
