I've had that for almost 18 years I think... Never had any issues with flat trashed or nonpayment. Never had any huge bills either as the property management company were always on top of the maintenance and managed the fees very well.
That said I did have a bloke in there once that liked to have sex with animals and he got jailed for something rather sinister. But he paid on-time and his dad bless him paid me when his son got banged up till the end of the contract... :shock: :o

Bailed out of this option. House prices predicted to drop 13% over this financial year, so sitting tight for now.
