Nice. Mike is the original a Raw file? I can’t recover the detail in the land. If you can bring out the detail that would be exceptional.

Forgive me I tweeted the photo and excentuated that fabulous sky.

Hope you got home ok. We were diverted via Sutton, Caterham and the back roads to avoid the jam. So feel your pain.

Fill your boots.. Got the raw file Neil, not familiar with working on them.Tried bringing the detail out but ended up with loads of noise, the limitations of a cropped array maybe. Had another toy with one image when I got home, I quite like the silhouette look though. I should have used my tripod and done some bracketing to get the detail, it was in the boot, I didn’t think to and we were on a mission to get the car really.

We ended up near the front of the queue when the road was closed. Had to sit it out until it reopened, probably probably put a couple of hours on the journey, could have been worse.

Nice shot Mike, I'll add a few taken in Cordes sur Ciel in France over New Year, likewise no editing involved.

Love the rolling mist Tony, looks like a great spot. Going to have to get across to Europe this year.

That’s a significantly better pic now Mike. Can you pull it up anymore? Making the greens more vibrant with THAT sky would be awesome.

That’s about it Neil.. was taken using the zoom lens, so not much detail in it at all, lucky to get the few specks of green.
