If I was you I would focus on getting a ITB setup together and get some vernier pullies. This will allow you to swing the pullies while you get the ITBs mapped and will give you the best bang of buck using what you have already. A Zetec with ITBs and cams is about the 'sweet spot' as far as tuning these engines is concerned.
