Pinto carb and manifold, air pan

Mate of mine still runs a petrol transit as a recovery wagon to stop being charged emissions by Boris.
He presently has a knackered throw away later type carb that needs binning and wants to buy a complete manifold, carb and all, ideally a single choke type or worse case a twin choke but one that does not need all the pipework and valves hanging down from it.
i.e nice and simple
An Air pan would be a bonus, he has been watching the bay for some time but can't get all the bits in one place that he knows will work together.
