Re: Seats
hi john i have the 42.5 but for stability i have them bolted to the floor and at the back,on the runners they are a bit more flexes, you might be better with tillett seats for on runners,as all ways you get what you pay for,but before you buy try and sit in some i did and are pleased with the j.k ones but the tillets are the dogs, hope this helps

not to throw a spanner.....i'd check whether the JK's wil be ok if not braced to a bulkhead......i went for Tritons after exhaustive research on the topic as i needed mine on runners. sadly it seems that Triton seats are\really hard to get hold of, unless you find a second hand pair.....have to say that really rate mine for comfort with no padding whatsoever.

Mark,
Can you remember what sizes you went for, I'm guessing they weren't the same for passenger / driver?

Re: Seats
I'm currently looking at changing my crappy gbh seats to com something new, Paul/linda/mark do you have some pics you could post up ?? Mark you have no padding ?? And you don't feel this on a long run, I was thinking I would need some padding of sorts.

Totally agree with mark his tritons are real comfy even with no padding... Unless its us that have the extra padding, never thought of that.

Re: Seats
personal op[inion, i think tritons without opadding are very comfy, i've tried a cple of seats that have pads and i didnt like them that much, BUT with GRP seats its also down to led length and how that affects/suopports your thighs and the angle at which you drive/reach the pedals.
Rob.......err bad memory mate, you've driven my car with the tritons fitted!
Chris, i had the 40cm ones i think and then had the passenger side trimmed down a bit as thats only 39 from memory?

Re: Seats
Cheers Mark, For me I think the next step it to try a few out to see what I'll fit in to
edit: I thought getting the seats to fit the car were going to be the problem not getting me to fit the seats!
