It seems to tick the boxes definitely not a Dutton, Car Engine and I think its special. The price in the advert is higher than your budget, but if the car interests you we can move on from there.

Chris there were no more than 6/7 kits in the for sale hall at stoneleigh, and those two 7 esk types well above your budget.
and could not pull myself away long enough from the other halls, tools and auto jumble to tour the various club stands around the huge site mate.
Keep up the hunt.
