Postby mungo » Wed Sep 07, 2011 2:57 pm

Since I snapped the passenger side driveshaft about a month ago I havnt been able to find a replacement anywhere. All that I can find are 837mm. Any ideas much appreciated.

Oh well.. I'll put my wallet away.

@Tony, I have a cunning plan that I'm just finalising T. In fairness it is based on both freshening up the maintainables as the car has had a long year mileage wise plus I am upgrading some key items. ;)

Without giving anything away (all in the game) I plan to start the work after France and finish it by the end of October. I may let that slip a month if we get an Indian summer  I have some bits to buy at Exeter (show deals) and some fabrication to do but the designed will be finalised by the end of next week and the procurement activity will begin.

It is all part of the five year plan and I'm in year 3 as of this month.

Dick are they 8 inch or 9 inh drums? I have 9", & would sort of like to reduce the unsprung weight.
