It has all the bits and is 100mm with an entry suitable for a Zetec where the inlet in is on the right hand side of the car. Mine as the box, filter, hose and I will through in the backingplate if needed but you might be better off with a new one. The box itself has had a crack in the top where the plastic is brittle and I have sealed it again with carbon look plastic.

These are expensive new so £100 collected.

Jeff, possibly interested in this. Is there any reason it couldn't be run upside down so that it would be left hand entry (for use on a Pinto)? Is it just a localised spot that has gone brittle or is the whole airbox suffering? What condition is the filter in?

HI Hugh

No real reason it couldn't be upside down....the clips would just be at the bottom. The main body of the box is fine but the seal in one part did not take correctly in manufacture. If you run it upside down you will not see the carbon anyway. The filter itself is fine and has a bottle of oil to clean it with.

Jeff, if you'd take £90 for it then I'll give this a go with some shorter trumpets than I have currently.

Done at £90....you will need to collect for that though....

Yes that's fine, I've over Hildenborough way on Wednesday evening, not quite sure what time yet but probably 6:30-7ish. Would that be convenient to collect?
