plumbed in fire extinguisher

i'm thinking of removing and selling the extinguisher that's currently plumbed into the Tiger. Its a 3.5litre capacity tank with 2 nozzles/piping. If i do indeed remove i would prefer to keep the 'pull handles' so any buyer would need to replace those.
The tank itself is a 'Fire Sense' and is mounted on a cradle in the passenger footwell - pic in my album 'mark' on the skcc photobucket account.
Not sure what regs apply ( if any ) to say sprinting etc and therefore whether there is a date issue.
