I'm looking for one of these: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Ford-Cortina-Mk3-TC-TD-Clutch-Lever-Boot-4Cyl-models-NOS-/300670643431?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item46015dece7&_uhb=1

But preferably for a lot less money... Anyone know where I could get this?

Thanks,
Mattijs

Is £17 better?
Try Burton - they might have them too.

You could also try your Ford dealer. They could well have one knocking about.

There are a couple of different shapes, so it may be wise to know the dimensions of what you want when you ask.

Is the boot really necessary?
I had mine fitted at one point but after the rebuild earlier this year it got left off.
I would have thought the spinning clutch and flywheel would tend to expel dirt anyway...

Well, the boot I have now is very, very dirty, so... Still, Ash said my sump should be clean, so I'm thinking that I'm losing oil, which makes everything extra dirty?

Heh, I didn't think of that! David, would you consider letting yours 'go'?
