Chaps I'm living this at the moment. I'd love to give you advice but I'd be guessing as it moves constantly. There as back road rat runs but you need to stay away from the A20 if at all possible as of today. It may change overnight so stay connected to the traffic radio.

I'll see if I can give you a heads up later tonight and if I get home at a sensible time I'll have a run out and check

Guys I've literally just got home from work about ten minutes ago. The traffic seems to be moving in the A20. And although it's got some volume to it it's ok. The division is through Ashford. What time do you have to check in?If it'searly I suspect you will be ok.
