Beds Blat - Sunday 8th May

Anyone up for a quick blat?
Meet Sunday 8th May at 7:45 for an 8:00 start:

Roughly and hour run with the finish at the black cat roundabout for a spot of breakfast.

have a good one Chris, even with a bit more notice couldnt have made this one as need to be home early doors....but i do fancy a trip up your way, so shout out again Chris....BTW - better in the members runs forum :D

Yes we're overdue a way up north run too, even though it does mean a ridiculously early start for me.

It was a lonely but fun run. Need to tweet the route to avoid a couple of villages and only one missed waypoint. Normally I'm sympathetic of our lycra clad friends but today, my last shred of sympathy vaporised, absolutely no consideration of other road users and one lot treating the road as their own personal race track, just shut the road and be done with it!
Breakfast was pretty good,a bacon sarnie when I got home :-)
