Only one more sleep, everybody ready?

The weather forecast for Saturday was looking up yesterday (see what I did there?) but today it's pants. Looks like we're going to get wet at some point.

Yes, all ready just the tyre pressures to check out and a bit of jungle juice to get started. Weather looks good and today looks like being a scorcher here. Heaven forbid I might even dig out the shorts today. Really looking forward to the weekend , ours starts today with David and Jane staying over with us to break up their journey from turnip country. See everyone else at the terminal and I will do my best to ensure that the mango mobile gets there on time!

Dont forget the UK Border Force has decided to start managing our borders and are starting to check passports on exit and some longer queues may exist.

I wish you all many sunny miles on empty roads, a nice Sunday lunch and plenty of banter. Dont forget plenty of revs and maybe a little wheelspin the from the town square start line (SKCC salute from the rest of us). Bon voyage!

Have you SEEN the weather forecast??????

It hasn't rained for a WEEK, but a weather front sweeps across the country tomorrow, passing Guildford just as we set off & reaching Folkestone about the same time we do - then the sun comes out for the rest of the day!!!

It couldn't have passed two hours earlier or later could it????

I don't BELIEVE it

Anyone looked at the Grange website? There's side profiles of all the cars with manufacturers logos - including the kits! Impressed, the GTM does look perhaps more like a 5EXi perhaps, but still impressed.

Tony I looked too and then went and had a look at the car. They've got the chassis rail far too long and yes it does look like a 5EXi on the list. I shall just have to shatter their illusions when I arrive!!!

Folks - I've sorted a load of croissanty, brioche, flapjacky things for breakfast on the train. Enough for all - unless you're REALLY hungry / piggy, but you'll need to sort your own drinks from the coffee shop, or bring a flask. :D

James - have you actually seen the Mangos' passports? ;)
