Ok so 28th June (lockdown dependant of course) I've started working out a route starting from Newlands Corner finishing up at Chew Valley Lake after going through Cheddar. Its looking to be about a 4 hour run to the lake so I've put a coffee and petrol stop in as well. Does that sound ok?

Sounds like a plan Matt, hopefully by then we can track down a chip shop that will be open for some lunch on arrival.
What is the thought for the return journey, back track or a different route?

Start time the usual 7am, so arrival around 12ish ??

Thoughts on putting the run on the What App group "Kit Car Blats South East" might get a few new recruits joining in ?

Looking forward to this as it will be my first long run out.

According to the website the fish and chip place at chew valley lake is open for takeaway at the moment so we should be ok, although I will check beforehand
