Nice weather this morning, sunny and quite warm by breakfast time.
I had a close encounter with two deer half a mile before the start, nothing wrong with my brakes thank goodness and tyre smoke was produced!
Soon Tony arrived, out for the first time since September and then Barry apologising for being late. In fact he was three minutes early, and can you be late for your own run?
We weren't troubled by traffic much and the route had surprisingly few potholes. It was good to be out and we stayed together until near East Dean, thanks for waiting for me guys after I was caught behind a couple of slow cars and a Lotus. We had a good run around Beachy Head and stopped for a break.
We then had a nice run to breakfast at Horam where we met Kenton who fortunately had recovered from a bad back. Nice breakfast and chat ensued.
