Re: Motorsport at the Palace
Had a great day today, some lovely cars to walk round and others to watch doing the sprint.Spent about 8 hrs in total, quite some time spent wth people asking questions about the our cars, but most of all about Stuarts DNA, with many mistaking it for the real thing. Managed to swap the stand sign with one of our own, to try and spread ther word.

Re: Motorsport at the Palace
if the weather is a good as it was today you should be in for a good day.
Food and drink is a bit expensive so take some if you are likely to be tempted.
If you get there before 9 you can have a walk round the track before they shut it off.

Re: Motorsport at the Palace
Well, what can I add? It was a great day, had good fun talking to (and confusing) the natives with the "is it or isn't it real?" question. Mind you a copy of CompleteKitCar mag on the dash with a photo of the car should have provided a large enough clue!
Anyway here's a pic of the first two arrivals, complete with SKCC sign.
