I have been on the Scottish website,alot of good info,for the first year it will be a mild hill,tho on the second year,we have a hill called firle beacon,this will be fun,as said before if anyone is interested pop your name Down or pm me and I will save a place,also would be great for any one not running to turn up in you car to support your skcc runners

Martin is this event going to be advertised at multiple sources, I'm thinking about potentially how many skcc entries you may get.
One is one too many and one too many is never enough.

A IDEA OF KART RULES..
1. Helmet with a chin strap or full face
2. Must wear shoes not open toe footwear
3. Powered by gravity no petrol or electric power
4. Face forward and control the kart by hands and feet
5. The kart must fit the driver, i.e legs and arms within the kart width & length
6. A minimum of three wheels
7. Suspension is allowed
8. Measures must be taken to prevent wheels from departing the kart i.e split pins
9. Karts must have a breaking system that doesn't damage the road surface
10. Towing eyes must be fitted to the front and the back so that the kart can be towed back up the hill
11. No pointing edges extruding the kart i.e metal/wood poles
12. Participants take part at their own risk
13. One pusher will be allowed
14. The kart may not be bigger than 8ftx4ft
15. A disclaimer will be signed prior to racing by the driver
16. The event holders will not be responsible to any damage to the kart/ or to any injuries caused to the diver/pusher

Martin confirms theres a pub at the bottom of the hill for the less adventourous to hang out, just buy me a pint as i come blatting through!

I'm in too, James will be the kamikaze (haven't told him yet) Just a small point this coincides with a skcc meet in the 2015 diary, is it one of the same or another event??
