had a meeting so hear are the rules (extra)
1/ maximum lengh 2.5 meters ,width 1.5 meters
2/ maximum weight 100kg
3/ the brakes must work
4/ front steer only
5/ no head first,must be seated
6/ feet must be over 150mm away from the front ,with a sutable guard
7/ sealed dry batterys only
8/ must have a audible warning device
9/ no ballast
10/ gloves/ankle boots/limbs must be covered
11/ one person per kart
12/ no pusher
13/ cost /entry £30 per kart/ sorry insurance cost
14/ this will be a timed event/ awards for the fastest time over the course/speed by radar gun/best kart
there will be a parking spot for skcc kits near the pub,we are planning on getting some more cars there and bikes,there will be food and other events going on, no entry cost to watch

Batteries? (For the audible warning device i assume - wont screaming be ok? )
I hope the 100kg is for the kart, not kart plus driver
