One for the calander next year maybe, biggest issue is the price of non kit car owners who want to attend, not sure how we would get the gazebo's up there next year !
http://www.grosvenorshows.co.uk/html/na ... shows.html
kit drivers free, passengers and tin top drivers £15, under 16's free, camping kit drivers £5, passengers £15, tin toppers £30 per adult, under 16's free

I hesitate to say it, but I'm likely to be taking the Ranger & a caravan next year, so I'll have some luggage space / roof rack. I need to get it on the road & establish reliability before I make a firm offer though.

Its all Tony's fault if he had shown more interest in me buying the Dutton with a tow bar i could have towed the SKCC roadshow trailer up but now i will be forced to take the Cyana (whatever that is) to the show. I will have room for beer but will probably drink it.

Re: Stoneleigh 2011
i think Stoneleigh will be the only show other than Detling that i'll be doing.....to be honest its the cameraderie and 'craic' that i enjoy. Anyway, i reckon next year the weather will be bang on - perfect for a burger and a beer or two! And i for one will be finding an interesting route........bit of the Cotswolds to make the trek worthwhile.
Re: Stoneleigh 2011
Stafford show was a bit of a disappointment in the hall a few cars outside until it started to spit.
Detling and Stoneleigh should be good if the weather is kind i will join you for a burger and beer.

Re: Stoneleigh 2011
For all Stoneleigh was a washout I really enjoyed my weekend there. camping, BBQ'ing and watching Matt and Liz climb into a soggy tent was a particular high point and as for securing the awning with a 20 tonne tow strop to my 3 tonne 4x4 was a real indication of the monsoon that now has passed over to Pakistan
Roll on 2011 lets get back.

If I'm allowed I'd like to come next year too... But domestics don't always allow these things.
