A few pics from Saturday. It was a mixture of all the formulas on track so there was Minirods, Eurorods, Lydden rods and Hotrods all mixing it up together

Great pics, If Em joins us at the first race day next month, let her know where you want pictures taken from and I'm sure she could get you some too.

Re: Lydden Hill Track / Test Day
Good day today went to matts house and played with the miniRod
Dropped sub frame done some cross measuring with matts spare sub frame and it was the same, we decided to change it anyway, then changed wishbones, rear poly bushes on sub frame, engine mount, and also decided to order up a new gearbox mount as there was some play in it, replaced another drive shaft, took it for a spin down the road and it seamed to alright apart from a slight knocking on full lock which we now worked out is the spring touching the bottom of the bonnet pin easy fix with a angle grinder.
We had a visit from Jason who bought the cakes which went down well thanks for your help
And also Thanks to Matt for letting me nick all his spare parts to try and his expertise
We then paid Jason a visit as he wanted some welding done on his kit car which was nice to actually look at a different car for a change

Re: Lydden Hill Track / Test Day
Cheers Kev, your welcome for the breakfast cakes !! I really appreciated for your afternoon visit for the welding for my engine mounts, After you guys l;eft, I realised that I had cut the mounts a bit too long, so I have ordered a new set of rubber parts, 5mm shorter each side should then allow the engine to sit a bit lower seeing as at the moment, the gearbox lowest part is above the chassis rail !!

At least the engine will sit straighter and lower with smaller rubbers
