We are back at Lydden hill again tomorrow. My car has had a few tweaks so with a bit of luck I might be a little quicker.

No no nitrous just trying a different alignment setup.
It went ok the car wasn’t really noticeably different.
The 1st race started at the back of the pack as usual (11th) was starting to pick them off when the race was stopped to clear a crash, after the restart I managed to get up to 5th.
The 2nd race I struggled the whole race dished out a few little nudges but just couldn’t get through the pack and finished 7th.
The final again I struggled to get through some of the pack and once I’d got to 5th and was closing in on the front runners I just ran out of laps and the race was over.
So 5th,7th and 5th for the day picked up a few points and came home in one piece.
The car needs some new rear shocks now but that’s about it.
I’m doing a track evening in it Wednesday and then it looks like we are doing some demo races at Lydden hills custom cup show Sunday

Re: 19th August
Great day
First heat I start ,2nd managed to get past and lead the pack until the crash and red flag which was a shame as now the faster cars had caught up on the restart, past me like I was standing still, mmm standard car NOT!
Was doing alright had a little battle with Matt finished 6th
I let him go lol
The other 2 race was ok but could do better lol
Nice to Richard and Jason and thanks for their help,
Richard spent most of the day fault finding a trailer lights for young Brad which had about 20joints damaged cables BiG thanks Richard
As Matt said he and Brad had a track day / Evening
I couldn’t do as I was going away at the end of the week and couldn’t get the time off
But went after work, a few pic’s
