The Lodge is in South Woodham Ferrers, Essex post code SS11 7QT.

The city is empty at weekends and expecting docklands to be the same, plus we will be going v.steady ivo the number of gatso. Heading around Hyde Park is going to be busy but will be all part of the fun - I think :|

Do you mean just the Northerners meeting at the Lodge, then meet with the Southerners somewhere more central?

Yes, exactly.

Planing on meeting up with anyone heading from the south at Mcdonalds (E14 5sp) then heading off for a loop around Docklands. The route from the North will also loop around City airport before we get to McDonalds.

Lee, are you referring to the square mile or London generally, I presume you mean the square mile :( in which case I may have to rethink.

Last time I was in the city (square mile) of a weekend I was the only one there, although it was Easter Sunday back in 2010.

That meet point is fine, but would prefer 0700 start. What do others think? 0730 perhaps?

For the Southerners/Westerners, how about meeting somewhere in London between the routes of the M4/A4, M3/A316 and A3, i.e. Putney Bridge http://goo.gl/maps/Cj3nq?

Maybe 07:00 at Putney Bridge (or nearby where there is parking) and 07:30 at McDonald's to meet the Northerners?

Sure, it's going to be a bloody early one no matter what...
