Quick chat with Lydden

4th September is the next full day available. We need 12 cars to run in our own session. There is a discount available for bulk bookings but the lady on the phone couldn't tell me the levels of discount.

Jeff.
getting 12 should be easy as we havent pushed it yet. Only thing is that whilst having a dedicated group to ourselves could be good it does mean that newbies wont have the option of having someone experienced in with them....
in terms of the discount.....if she couldnt tell you on the phone, whats the basis for finding out what it is exactly ?

ps. - thx for your efforts so far.....

Not sure on the discount level issue....I think she just wanted me off the phone to be honest. A different person may give a better answer.

I've thought about the session issue. I would have thought a number of inexperience kit car drivers out together with someone sitting along side would be better than going out in the novice general session. But as you correctly point out what about the experience guys getting a go. If there are enough we could have a session for the novice kit car guys and then the experience guys go out in a different session. The alternative is for the experienced guys pay less in exchange for mentoring people in the morning and then have sessions themselves pm.

I might be interested, depends a bit if I still have the car, whether its fully run in etc. by then. I'll keep an eye on this and confirm as and when the opportune moment arises...

This counts for me too - never done a track day, & can't commit right now as I have a few Fury related issues / long way to travel / no overtime at the moment whinge / moan  .

But the idea sounds really good & I too will be watching to see how it pans out & may well come on board later if poss.
