Sunday 15th August run + Brekkie

Postby greenwoo » Sun Aug 08, 2010 12:48 pm

OK so the runs are coming thick and fast - but hey its that time of year, the time to make the most of the evenings and weekends before the less hardy amongst us wrap themsleves away for the winter.

So, what about a run next Sunday? A quick show of hands would be useful to try and work out a sensible route + end point.
I knwo that Nick Slater who is over in Hampton area is keen to join in, so ideally would like to keep the run sort of central. Am thinking about possibly Bexhill, maybe Rye at a push. Unless someone has a cracking Cafe to suggest inland - rough area that could work would be Bewl Water - Hawkhurst. I did see that Hawkhurst Fishery has a Cafe , not sure if the sensitive souls who sit for hours on end contemplating their navels would be too happy with a few cars turning up popping and banging though! so suggestions welcomed....

Firstly though - who's in??????????????

Would love to Mark, but am on my hols that week. Will be champing at the bit when I get back, as will no doubt be rained in all week, and climbing the walls by the end!

Having missed every run over the last couple of weeks either due to work, having to be somewhere else or having a broken car, I'm going to put my name down for this... despite the overwhelming feeling I'm meant to be doing something next Sunday!

Mark, put me down as a possible. Got to fit another Sunday run in before the Belgium GP and then holiday!
