Sorry guys. I'm out - now have to go to London tomorrow which will mean not getting back until well after play time. I'm afraid I haven't been out as much as I'd like to have been this year, that's primarily due spending a lot of time on my bike (yes - I am a Mamil - see http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/magazine-10965608).

I prmise to do better in future - which is why an evening run would have been ideal.

Oh, and whilst we're on the subject, my wife has always said to me the three little words that keep a marriage strong are 'see', 'you' and 'later'.

Anyone doing the Brands Track day on 31st August (evening)? Think I might.
