Engine back in with new rear crankshaft oil seal. Gearbox swapped for heavy duty BGH close ratio version. Been out in the drizzle testing all is well. Really liking the gear ratios. The contrast really highlights how the standard type 9 does not make best use of the Zetecs powerband. At least with my tyres and diff ratio.

A few little tweaks here and there. A wash. Then ready for the off at oh my god its early hundred hours on Tuesday.

Agree it was one of the best upgrades i have done. After driver Marks r6 alot i had to get one. Awsome bit of kit.

BGH E8 is the one to go for although you need the alloy casing to get the weight down. I use to have one till it got totalled.
