I have a Halfords Pro and an SGS cabinet and like both. The Halfords is certainly better quality but the SGS is excellent value...feeling flush, go for the Halfords. The small drawers on the SGS can be a bit reluctant to move at times compared to the Halfords but otherwise, pretty good.

I have two of these, and for the money cant fault them, they move about well, the drawers are a good size, and I use the top for all manor of things, and even lower/keep an engine on one, so there load capacity is good, although with an engine on top, they do not move about so well

It looks like the consensus is wait for a halfords sale.

Anyone know if the halfords sales follow some sort of pattern?

I also have the Halfords pro tool chest with roller draws. Best baragin I got was a huge Trojan tool chest/trolley on massive industrial castors. I got it from Home base and it was £150! I was sure it was priced wrong so snapped it up

Thanks Steve

Cant get that particular one any more. Must have realised that there is an error as it was already discounted.

I did however buy a different one at 50% off.

Just reserved the 4,5,7 bundle. But if you bundle it yourself with the discount code you save £50

Thanks all

I really must meet up for a breakfast one weekend, maybe after this years 10th Tour of The Alps.

Tools never been tidier
My greatest fear is my wife selling my car parts when I die for what I told her they cost
