  • I assume there's no way the swage the ends so is it considered safe to just jubilee clip a rubber hose onto the straight pipe?
  • What do the colours correspond to? I.e. which colour for which application (feed/return)?

Also, does it melt / burn :?:

:o :o :o I haven't tested it mate  Seriously though, I dont know but manufacturer are using it now.
As Dick says there are inserts that go in then ends of the pipe.

On the question of colour I have always used red as feed/HP

Have you thought about running the new fuel line down the side pod.

Ive just got back from tour and on long drives the fuel tank was getting very very warm and the pump wasn't liking it.

Winter will see me re-route the line down the drivers side pod. Its also got the addition of if the prop goes bang the fuel line wont be ruptured and the pump keep pumping. (pump does stop when it doesnt see a signal from the flywheel but thats going to be a few seconds)

I got all of my lines and AN fittings from Torques on the net. http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Torques-U-K
used braided stainless works ok so far (about 4 years)
