I have used Colway tyres for Rallying but changing to Yokohama tyres made us much more competitive. I wouldn't fit them.

I used remoulds on my bike (vfr750) when dispatching for many miles very few of them slow.the firm was short lived which was a shame as the tyres were gtippy (and came in funny colours lol) i often did silly speeds on them for some distance and never had problems.most people buy cars with 2nd hand tyres on that could if been kerbed or repaired etc so that has never bothered me and it wouldnt really bother me in a light weight kit car but as its a toy saving a few quid isnt really the point.but if they are as good as say 888s and cheaper then they are worth it.
Luego with a mighty 104bhp!!!

Exactly what I was thinking. In a lightweight kit would be harder to get them to fail, but as these are our toys, why not fit the best we can afford.

Actually, for MSA sprinting, these are getting quite a reputation for grip compared with the mainstream List B tyres. You could do a lot worse.
