Id try what Steve is suggesting. Either with P38 or a dedicated gel coat filler. I would make sure that all damaged/loose fibre strands are removed first along with any chipped gel coat. Might take two or three cycles to get it the best it can be, so don't throw your tools down if not perfect after the first pass.

Oh and don't do what I did: adding one final skim of body filler on top of the acrylic paint. It dissolved the paint and left a right mess. I thought I'd be clever using it as a guide coat. Fine if the chemicals are compatible.

Funnily enough i did the exact opposite when entering my garage as its at a right angle to my drive so requires a bit of skill.
I did exactly the same as you and scraped the rear arch.
I wouldnt bother doing anything with it. I just left mine as it wont make any difference to how fast i can go round corners...
