Hi,
Mine has Make = Tiger Avon and nothing in Model. I asked DVLA to correct it, but they said that was correct. Seems they are not consistent in how they apply the rules.

David it looks like they only apply the make to kits and that’s it. So they are, at least in that regard, consistently inconsistent!!
