Maybe late to the party
But my issue with my Keihin was the O rings on the float valve housing with the float needle seating and the O ring on the housing letting by filling the manifold..

Also the silicon rubber manifold rubbers do leak after a little while and I have changed them to a different material ( Rubber petrol pipe)

Also running at 2.5 PSI fuel pressure with 1.8mm main 45 pilot and half a screw out on the mix screw..

2.0 litre zetec fast raod cams 40mm keihin weber management.
