so, without the book, if we had an ali bonnet for example that is exactly the right size, what would we need to do - the kit for 35 ish seems a good idea to have a play with

Are you boys seriously going to have a go at a bonnet? Respect! Personally I think you have more chance of sprouting a fanny - but I look forward to seeing the results.

im also looking at doing this as my robin hood bonet is crap what would you buy to make up £35 as this sounds very cheap

If you have to ask what a buck is then I would say there's bugger all hope in you getting a bonnet made for £35 ! It won't come out good enough on the first attempt.
