Yes I'm actually surprised how much space I do have to play with, I'm sure I've forgotten something which will take it all up... just wonder what it is :? :? :?

Not sure what side the starter is on but have you still got the steering column in situ and have you space for the exhaust manifold?
Blue Dax Rush 2ltr Pinto - Built and sold
Blue Dax 427 5.7ltr Chevy - Built and sold
Blue Dax Rush Cosworth turbo - rebuilt and sold
Black Dax Rush Cosworth turbo - finished off and sold
Black Dax Rush V8 - completed 2018 and on the road.

Yes Richard, steering column is inlet side so exhaust/starter side has more room to play with, don't see any issues at the moment. Still waiting for the TB's so probably going to start getting the cooling worked out now... Tick tock

Exhaust- Any recommendations or ideas? Neil told me of a place where he got his done (Neil please remind me who it was) but wanted to shop around. Any idea of costs or how much did you pay? I will be using my old silencer, I hope.

when they did my complete system a few years back it was the thick end of a grand, but that#'s the 7inch silencer and obviously the headers are totally custom....talk to Andy or Dave there and see what's what....

Picked these up a few weeks ago and got them in the car with no hassle, I've read you can adapt the pinto to T9 dirt guard but for the sake of £20 I just got one from retro ford.

As raceline have been 'less than speedy' in obtaining any parts that I have ordered I thought I'd give them plenty of notice for the management and throttle bodies... I ordered them on the 12th Jan and he said they'll take 3 days to come.... long and short of it was that as of last thursday they still weren't here so I made the decision to cut ties and go elsewhere, called direct to jenvey and omex on friday and 'ta darrrrr' this arrived monday morning....

Couldn't resist a sneaky test fit..

The carbon fibre back plate is incorrect, looks like I was upsold without even realising so it will be changed for the conventional metal one, shame as its pretty damn sexy!

Will soon be off to Kent for the electrics and the exhaust....

So powerful, you had to chain the engine down - impressed! ;)

Is that the flywheel with integral ring gear? - what I mean is, there is no ring gear, the teeth are machined into the flywheel & then hardened.

No, it is a separate ring gear, just looks like that from the photo.
