First light coat on 6 items all fine, only rinceed the gun out with gun wash, left to dry for 90 mins whilst having a break, went back and did not touch the painted panels, mixed up next lot of paint, did a test spray on cardboard went in booth and did a lighter, followed by heavier one, cleaned up all gear and went back in booth to check and a lot of one panel has reacted and a small amount on another, were not the first or last ones I sprayed and not in the same places as it was when reacted before.
Where the 4 inch paint brush and the hammerite.

Sorry to hear that :(

There's something odd going on, I wish I could offer some helpful advice.

Been doing a bit of searching on you tube looking for answers as you do in these cases and one of the first results was this happen sometimes if doing too thick a coat, I have some more coats required on the panels not affected so that will be something I will be avoiding.

A right pain Rich, I’ll have a word with Stu at Classic workshop and see if he can shed some light on it.

Cheers will do, had a long weekend full of prep work and frustrating paint results after trying out different things.
Made a few phone calls to mates including my brother who works at a well known DIY store about 5 litre tins of decorating paint and rollers.
He has talked me back from the edge and I have some rattle can isolators on route to try out on the worse affender panel.
Suspecting reactions including from the mass of fibreglass resins used, but no idea why virgin Ali should react as well.

Damned spray paint is like witchcraft, choose the wrong phase of the moon or do things in a slightly different way and it all goes Pete Tong :(
