Slightly different approach to this video. More tech, less broom broom. What do people think?

Like the tech bit even though I am a bit of a Luddite. Prefer the usual format on an entertainment front but understand why both give a better balance to the series

Re: Ep11 Aveideo Season In The Drivers Seat now up.
Er i like this it shows what goes on after a race , we dont just bring it back and clean it up. The way Neil has put the videos side by side helps us understand on what we need to do and how to improve. Its not until you sit down with a clear head and study the stats for all the drivers you get an understanding on what happened. Neils editing has enable us to sit down and put my stats alongside his video and come to conclusions. The biggest of these was a failing by us all (ok me) at snodhurst , we made assessments and judgments without having all the info.

I enjoyed this video, I have liked them all of course, but with this one it seems to knit it all together. I can see Jay is quick because I was there for some of it, but knowing what 7/10 of a second is in visual distance, I can relate to that.
Nice one guys looking forward to the next race.

liked seeing the side by side - along with the highlighted differences so that the viewer didn't have to try to work it out.
Can understand why there was a long preamble, but personally would have cut some of that and focused on the 7/10ths from a drivers perspective, on a comparison basis ( clearer reference point in that still ), and what would 7/10ths have meant to grid position in that Class....
have to say, always liked vids where there's a chance to compare, so that's a winner....

The comparison clips are top drawer. Shows you how tight the margins are to a good or not so good grid position. It really rubs home the fact it’s a close series and every little counts.. also how well Jay is doing in his first season, with a brilliant learning attitude and and eye for detail. Keep it up
As Mark, maybe break up the preamble a little with some in car footage plus voice over or similar. Were you working to a script from the laptops? Great video though.

Haha. Working to a script? I know it looks a bit like that but the Dell wasn’t even switched on! Just a prop! Maybe I should have scripted it??
