Brake pipe flaring tool

Evening all.
As part of re building my car I'm going to replace the brake lines. One of the original pipes is damaged and the the others don't always follow the best route.
I've had a couple of the cheap sub £20 tools and they are rubbish, the castings break or the threads go.

Unless anyone local to me has one I could borrow next week I was going to buy a new quality tool.
Any sugestions?
Something like this

What do you all use??

I'm sure that one is good (better be for that price) but I used this one very successfully:

I've used the cheaper tools previously, they are a bit hit and miss.. imo the trick is a clean cut with a pipe cutter and set the pipe in at the correct length, also make sure its de-burred. A bit of lube helps. :? :D

A bit loathe to buy the dearer tools as I dont really do enough to warrant the cost.

Thanks guys.
Rich, thanks for the offer to use yours, A bit too far away and hassle for a relay.
I like the price of this one better and as its only got to do a dozen ends...
