You guessed right!
Nice one mate. That's some decent power and torque for a n/a engine. Bet you can't wait for IVA day!

Re: Dyno Booked in - Busa Numbers Game?
Failed IVA on static idle emissions. Should have read .30 was reading 4!
The IVA map was checked 3 times on the rolling road and it passed. Got it down to the dvla and fails!
Everything else was good so back to the drawing board on emissions. my guess it was tested by the dvla with a cold engine and cat. MNR think the mbe ecu should adjust for that but I wasn’t bought...the cat needs to be hot in my mind no matter what.
So another wait for the retest.

Disappointing Lee, sounds like the cold start fueling map was still active, they let me rev the shite out of the V Storm and get it glowing before testing it, failed on other stuff though
Not a bad fail though tbh and an easy fix.

FFS that seems like a sin if they're getting cars through iva on a regular basis...hopefully they'll adjust and get a quick retest, you must be chomping at the bit to get it out on track...

Sorry to hear that, but i suppose at least its just the one thing which can hopefully be sorted fairly easily

Could they not have sorted it there and then. Its only a few pushes of the keys on the laptop. As you said if they are doing so many cars there they must know the guys and ask for 5 mins to sort.
When ive been at our test station and caterham turn up ive seen them let the guys change exhausts and stuff there and then.
Bit harsh by the tester for not letting it be sorted
