Postby Wingco » Tue Aug 06, 2019 1:58 pm

I am looking for some carbon rear wheel arch protectors to stop the rear arches chipping at the front. Any ideas ?

I made my first set out of Ali and covered them with some of the carbon fibre wrap.

Ok thanks guy's a few ideas there, I have already on the car is a carbon wrap but that is getting chipped and well used look. What I was looking for really is almost half a wing to cover 3/4 away up the wing, but hard carbon that you can bond on, I've seem a couple of places who will make to a pattern so may give them a call and see what they can offer and say.

Have you looked at the Mk ones? They do wrap around or just flat ones it just down to whether the curve is similar on a mk to your tiger. When i fitted mine they do flex a bit so might work

Millwood Caterham do a pair which I have fitted to mine. They wrap around the wing and are much higher too. I fitted the because after the Europe trip we did last year I got fed up with the gravel rash

Matt did you just stick yours on or did you use rivets.
I will have a measure up but I quite like those, thanks for the link
