Fuel lines

Anyone know where I can get REAL R9 spec fuel lines?
My current stuff is supposedly R9, but only fitted 2.5 years ago and already cracked and car often smells of petrol AND I have a random misfire which could well be due to bits of the pipe breaking off internally, blocking the injectors. So I'm guessing it was fake...got it off eBay originally.
I've been told to keep clear of eBay and pretty much every other site selling it have been accused of only having fake stuff. The fact that Halfords (corporate, won't sell fake stuff) don't offer anything to that standard suggests it doesn't even exist
Suggestions?
