Memories
I've been looking through some of my old photos from road trips, etc. I've attached a random selection, which reminded me of fords, 'that bear', the dangers of leaving your camera unattended, the pub where the barmaid was pleased to advise whether they served cheesy chips and the cafe in Wales where we almost convinced Paul he needed Welsh money. Great times

Nice to remember the good times
That pub lunch was a beautiful spot, shame about the owner.

It was alive and well last time I logged into the TOC website, but that was probably a couple of years ago

Re: Memories
Haha, some good reminders there, although the funniest cheesy chips was up North, where it was a carvery, and the woman got irate....so we sent Brian in when he rocked up to order some, and then 20 mins later Paul....she had zero sense of humor!
and the Castle one - Aldeborough ( spelt wrong no doubt) was funny, as i had to sleep in the owners house due to messing up the booking date. Then few of us got a kebab and persuaded them to drive us to the Hotel as we were a bit pissed.
Haha and seeing Nigels blue S6 - reminds me in Wales he and I got separated before a coffee stop and were sure we were behind everyone else - drove like the wind to catch up and got to lunch an hour before everyone else....to find it was Alice in Wonderland 'Day'.
and seeing Johns Tiger Cat in the 'german' photo.....him being awarded Dick of the Day on the very first day for leaving his missus behind after the abortive stop for a coffee by the lake - and only realising when he got out the car at the coffee place 5 miles up the road.
If we wrote a book on some of those goings ons, no one would believe it.
