Anyone got a lathe?

As you might have seen, I'm rebuilding my old bike and I need the rear wheel spacers modified. The brake caliper is not central to the disk as it is. One needs 3mm skimmed of it and the other needs to be either remade 3mm wider or a 3 collar/spacer made to add to it. Any help would be great and would be rewarded with a fry up on the next run.

Sorry, I don't have a lathe. Normally I would offer my Dad's services as he lives near you and likes a project, but he had the letter to isolate for 12 weeks, so isn't seeing anyone
